Born the baby of nine children to the late parents of  Carrie Mae and JP Conner First Lady Juanita Finner was born in Brooklyn, New York, and raised here in Chicago, Illinois. She too accepted Christ at a young age, like her husband, as well as accepting her calling to ministry in 2012 shortly after her husband began to embark on the journey as a new pastor.

In previous years of before ministry First Lady Finner mothered children, Najee, Kree and Amiri Finner. As the years rolled by, as a family the Finner's began to walk with God. First Lady Finner with her husband Pastor Finner, attended the Garden of Prayer in Broadview IL, where she was a faithful member of many ministries during their stay under the leadership of Pastor Johnnie Roy Hanynie. While under that leadership First Lady Finner, engaged into the marriage ministry for 4 years with Pastor Finner, a member of the women's ministry as well as a guest speaker for an array of different events.

In 2012 when Pastor Finner became the Shepard for the flock of Siloam, First lady Finner begin to become not only a faithful member of many ministries she began to take ownership leadership of those ministries along the way. They include, the youth director, Sunday school teacher, the Sister Circle Ministry, as well as praise and worship. While leading the participants of these ministries First Lady Finner, completed in 2014, an Associate Degree in Psychology. Though the list does not end there, she is sure to put love and time into those that she leads exemplifying nothing less than compassion and understanding for those that she interacts with.

With a passion that lies in God, This woman of God, touches everyone she meets. Carrying a spirit of love First Lady Finner, is a true example of what it is to let the light of God shine through ourselves so that through us, God may reach someone, according to Matthew 5:14-16 you are the light of the world let your light so shine before men that they may see your good works and Glorify you father in heaven. As a servant of God, she finds joy in serving the church for the empowerment of those that seek the Lord, Jesus Christ.
